You Never Know What You Will Find

I was looking in the free section on craigslist and found these... hilarious!

This chair has aspirations that weren't being satisfied as a resting place for a mortgage broker's behind. This chair wants to star in your timely and pointed indie film about the greed of the 1980s, 'cause this chair remembers.

The chair is fully functional though less than comfortable, thanks to a staunch preference for looks over ergonomics. The leather (or vinyl -- no one remembers) has that scuffed, cracked look beloved of the J. Peterman catalog but is not leaking stuffing or anything. This chair is all about mood, down to its slime green upholstery for your slimy villain.

This generic black "executive" chair has small rips at the edges of its vinyl seat. Otherwise, it works -- it won't dump you on the floor suddenly. But it exudes the same mild hopelessness as the person who used to sit in it. Maybe you feel that way, too.

I have two 2008 tricked out Kiddie Cars. Low miles, no accidents, clean titles. Easily perfoms 0-4 mph in under 20 seconds. Comes equipped with 5 inch plastic rims, original owners. These are cherry creampuffs. Both were driven by underaged, non verbal bedwetters, at breakneck speeds, but very responsibly. They have upgraded to Radio Flyer tricycles, and have no need for their old transportation. I am offering these to another toddler with a clean record, and good sleeping habits.

Megan - on one of my posts you asked how to keep the caramel from sliding off the caramel apples. What you have to do (it's a big pain) is dip the apple and then hang on to it, turning it up and down and up and down until it starts to set. THEN I either put them in the fridge or dip them in something else such as mini-m&m's or chopped nuts. The ones we dipped in white chocolate and rolled in cinn. sugar didn't slide at all.
