Driving Down South

We went south this last weekend and here are a few pictures from our trip. Most of them are of the mountains in the Matanuska Valley. They are quite picturesque and majestic. I thought they turned out quite well. We rented a car to drive down (David won't use our own car because he thinks the roads are too bad). We ended up getting a super fancy car with leather seats (don't worry, they were heated... very posh). It was a fun time, unnerving at times because of the snow and icy roads, but a fantastic family adventure.

This is Mt. McKinley. It has been rare, in all our drives down, to see it this clear. It is incredibly beautiful.
